Click rate

Click rate refers to the percentage of recipients who clicked on one or more links in an email or newsletter. It provides a general overview of engagement by indicating the overall percentage of recipients who clicked on a link. Click rate differs from Click-to-open rate (CTOR) in that it uses the total number of emails delivered as a base measurement, whereas CTR uses the total number of emails opened.
