# RealClick: only the clicks that count

Source: https://joinbreaker.ai/realclick

Some inbox providers use security software that follows every link in your email before a reader ever sees it. RealClick™ filters those clicks out of your metrics. It is on by default in every Breaker campaign report, with nothing to install, tag, or configure.

## Your click report is lying to you

Corporate mail filters open every message and follow every link to scan for threats. The clicks arrive in bursts, seconds after delivery, dressed up as real browsers. Most platforms count them as engagement, and teams plan next quarter on those numbers. The scanners are doing their job; your report should do its job too and tell them apart.

- **4 in 5** B2B inbox clicks are excluded as automated across Breaker campaigns.
- **88.8%** of exclusions carried hard evidence of automation on the click itself.

Example from a campaign report: 2,847 total clicks, 592 RealClick. Counted: clicked the pricing link and read for three minutes. Excluded: hit every link four seconds after delivery; using a browser that does not exist.

## How it works

- **Reads the click itself.** Most automated clicks give themselves away. RealClick checks each click for evidence of automation, then for non-human behaviour.
- **Nothing to set up.** RealClick runs on every campaign sent from Breaker.
- **Side by side.** Every campaign report shows total clicks and RealClick together: the raw number and the real one.

## What it changes

Machine-generated clicks come from inboxes used by real humans. RealClick lets you see the human intent behind the machine-generated noise.

1. **A/B tests**: pick winners on human clicks, not scanner noise.
2. **Sponsor reports**: hand advertisers a click count that survives an audit.
3. **Lead scoring**: send sales the readers who clicked, not the software that did.
